My wife and I looked for a new home for several years. At our age, we wanted to leave the lights of Orlando for some place smaller, quieter and more peaceful. We found that place near Valdosta, Georgia. This was the second home we looked at which had been built by Allsbrook Construction. The first one had already been sold by the time we were ready to move. We were impressed with the quality of construction; double paned mullion windows and doors; hardwood floors; tray ceilings with well placed fans; an open kitchen to the living room; custom cabinets throughout. I liked the R-14 wrap around framing under Hardiplank siding, metal eaves under the overhangs; very efficient R-34 attic insulation. The Allsbrook people worked with us to make changes we desired including additional hardwood floors, minor tile changes and helped us pick out extra kitchen and laundry room appliances. There has been the normal “tweeking and tuning” when moving into a new home and the Allsbrook team handled everything promptly and efficiently. We are so happy to be here and extremely happy with our new home.
